texting is it’s just that you can text them type of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have ideas whenever you’re considering things you wish to you can talk about it with your therapist type of instantaneously and then I think a nice part about that is if you have an idea kind of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be talking to your therapist that day or perhaps if you are if you just want to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be really practical for individuals with stress and anxiety or with depression with journalism of thoughts it kind of offers you a quick outlet for those things and possibly they don’t develop in in your mind as much as they may if you have to wait you understand a week to inform your therapist about something so I think that’s actually cool I truly like it for that I would say that’s a big professional um I would say a con related to that exact same thing is that things just take a lot longer to talk about if you choose to text them about it so if I want to state I’m feeling by doing this you know I believe it’s because of this or this they may say oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a little bit longer um something to note is that the therapists check there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I don’t understand what they call it they inspect that 2 times a day or a minimum of my therapist told me that she examines hardest 2 times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
get about two actions a day about like clearly if you’re most likely having like a crisis and they have a minute they can probably help you but it’s not like they’re just waiting around for you to message because generally they do a lot of these individuals appear to have maybe not practices however they have a workplace that they work out of anyhow so um it’s not really instantaneous in that regard like discussing things it’s immediate that you can tell them your issues and that you can get that off your chest but you might need to wait a little bit longer to talk about things and if you’re discussing things in therapy it’s gon na be you’re gon na say something and then they’re gon na state oh it’s this how you resolve this they’re gon na kind of discuss it like a typical discussion but with talk area you might say this and then it might be five hours later and then they might state oh well this and then it’s sort of it takes a lot longer to talk just like if you’re making plans with your pals you know what I suggest like you can call someone and you can say hi let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you know done with your conversation at 5 minutes whereas it might take like a half an hour to text that backward and forward so that’s simply something great to think of you understand something that did bother me a bit at first yeah the one good thing to it seems to be an excellent bit more affordable than going in to speak to somebody it has to do with $200 a month around there I might put the real rate like here somebody it’s about that rate a month to have the live sessions and the texting which consists of for that plan it is for half an hour live sessions each month so weekly you’ll get a half an hour live session so I mean it is less time that you’re probably talking truly since like I stated it’s only half an hour and if you go to therapy you’re most likely going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and however you get more support I would say so that’s sort of nice the app itself the user interface is very easy to use I like it I don’t have truly any problems about it other than possibly like you can’t see if they read it but like I think that doesn’t matter because like they’re gon na respond when they see it anyhow so I do not understand that was just something I thought of but that’s.
