texting is it’s simply that you can text them kind of whenever you have ideas whenever you have ideas whenever you’re considering things you wish to you can discuss it with your therapist sort of instantaneously and then I believe a nice part about that is if you have an idea type of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be speaking with your therapist that day or even if you are if you simply want to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be really practical for individuals with stress and anxiety or with anxiety with journalism of ideas it sort of offers you a quick outlet for those things and maybe they don’t develop in in your mind as much as they may if you need to wait you understand a week to tell your therapist about something so I believe that’s really cool I really like it for that I would say that’s a big pro um I would say a con related to that very same thing is that things just take a lot longer to speak about if you choose to text them about it so if I want to state I’m feeling this way you understand I think it’s because of this or this they might say oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists inspect there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I think I don’t understand what they call it they check that two times a day or at least my therapist informed me that she inspects hardest two times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
