texting is it’s just that you can text them kind of whenever you have ideas whenever you have concepts whenever you’re considering things you wish to you can discuss it with your therapist type of instantly and then I think a good part about that is if you have a thought type of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be speaking to your therapist that day or even if you are if you simply wish to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be truly valuable for individuals with anxiety or with depression with journalism of ideas it sort of provides you a fast outlet for those things and perhaps they don’t build up in in your mind as much as they may if you have to wait you understand a week to tell your therapist about something so I believe that’s actually cool I actually like it for that I would say that’s a big professional um I would state a con related to that very same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to speak about if you pick to text them about it so if I wish to state I’m feeling by doing this you know I think it’s because of this or this they might say oh well do you consider this this this whatever however that’s gon na be a bit longer um something to note is that the therapists inspect there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I do not understand what they call it they inspect that 2 times a day or a minimum of my therapist told me that she examines hardest two times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.

not really crucial but total I do like the interface and personally my experience with my therapist has actually been very good up until now um I indicate it is I would say another con in my viewpoint would be that it might be tough opening to these people just because you’re not there personally and you’re not in person quite as much as you would be with regular typical therapy so I believe that it could be harder for people to open to their therapists if you have trouble opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did mean to have a bit of problem opening so it’s been something that I’ve been thinking of but I’m not sure just how much that in fact is just me having an issue opening up to people or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got unusual and I actually can’t make a video without everything going wrong simultaneously but back here so I just wanted to provide some like final thoughts I think I do not desire this to be too long of a video I type of wanted to provide a brief summary and then like if you desire me to go more in depth about it I sort of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I believe it’s a good service I believe it does what it states it’s supposed to do I think it’s a bit difficult if you have some problems that are appearance I believe it’s actually helpful for like stress kind of things and I haven’t been having a lot of like that kind of thing like I have actually like been simply having a lot of like think you’re not little but like smaller things than like my basic stress and anxiety and like what activates me and whatever and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I mean I guess I need to’ve said that earlier but I do have actually anxiety like generalized anxiety and after that I do not I’m not like identified or anything with depression um but I do definitely like depressive thoughts and like I really like to say that I have anxiety but like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I haven’t utilized that for that long so I don’t understand it’s summer season here so generally I think it’s really good if you you know can’t make it to visits if you have an actually busy job or something like that I think also another actually terrific actually terrific candidate to utilize talk space would be somebody who’s traveling a lot so or possibly you’re taking a trip overseas or if you just if you travel in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be a terrific thing well I continue to utilize it yes I will just because I have not. personally found a therapist that I like around here and I also don’t like insurance is really spotty with this so it depends upon if you ‘d be guaranteed anyway however like I require to work out some insurance coverage stuff before I even like think of this so I mean I think it’s an excellent service I have seen a lot of other sponsored interviews or like I’ve seen a variety of other sponsor interviews for talk area and then there’s another one that a youtuber I truly love I watch all of her videos and she discussed it but I do not remember what that one was called I can place it here again which’s like something similar so if you want to check out that one to compare them the reason I ended up getting talk space was because my partner was sort of pressing me to do something to do treatment due to the fact that he knew that I was going through a great deal of stress so so he kind of was the one who was stating hey you should really speak to somebody and he learnt about talk area therefore that was the one that he really recommended me to use that he for he’s heard a great deal of like good things about however once again like it’s truly like talked about a lot through sponsorships which’s pretty much the only way I’ve ever become aware of it I have not actually heard of it unn sponsored and I’m most likely gon na like fine on sponsored evaluations as I go to post this however yeah I believe it’s I think it’s a terrific service for what it is I believe it’s not for everybody though um and I believe like I was kind of starting to state before if you have much deeper problems if you have bad anxiety if you have bad anxiety I believe that it’s important to be seeing somebody in person specifically if it’s you know things that it’s just it’s it’s harder to speak about more in-depth concerns there’s something I have actually type of noticed like obviously these are deep.
