not very essential however overall I simulate the user interface and personally my experience with my counselor has been great up until now um I suggest it is I would say another con in my viewpoint would be that it might be tough opening to these individuals even if you’re not there face to face and you’re not personally quite as much as you would be with normal typical therapy so I think that it could be harder for individuals to open to their therapists if you have difficulty opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did plan to have a little bit of difficulty opening up so it’s been something that I’ve been thinking about however I’m uncertain just how much that in fact is simply me having a problem opening up to people or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got odd and I literally can’t make a video without everything going wrong simultaneously but back here so I just wanted to provide some like final thoughts I guess I don’t desire this to be too long of a video I kind of wished to give a brief summary and then like if you want me to go more in depth about it I sort of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I believe it’s a great service I think it does what it states it’s expected to do I believe it’s a little bit difficult if you have some problems that are appearance I think it’s actually great for like tension kind of things and I haven’t been having a great deal of like that example like I have actually like been simply having a great deal of like believe you’re not small but like smaller things than like my basic stress and anxiety and like what triggers me and whatever and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I indicate I guess I should’ve stated that earlier but I do have stress and anxiety like generalized anxiety and then I do not I’m not like diagnosed or anything with depression um but I do certainly like depressive ideas and like I actually like to say that I have anxiety but like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I haven’t used that for that long so I do not know it’s summer here so generally I believe it’s really excellent if you you know can’t make it to consultations if you have a truly busy task or something like that I believe also another actually fantastic really great candidate to utilize talk area would be somebody who’s taking a trip a lot so or perhaps you’re taking a trip overseas or if you simply if you take a trip in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be a terrific thing well I continue to use it yes I will even if I have not.
