texting is it’s simply that you can text them kind of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have ideas whenever you’re thinking about things you wish to you can talk about it with your therapist sort of immediately and then I believe a nice part about that is if you have an idea sort of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be speaking to your therapist that day and even if you are if you simply want to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be truly useful for people with stress and anxiety or with depression with journalism of thoughts it type of gives you a quick outlet for those things and perhaps they do not build up in in your mind as much as they might if you have to wait you understand a week to inform your therapist about something so I think that’s really cool I really like it for that I would say that’s a huge professional um I would say a con related to that very same thing is that things just take a lot longer to talk about if you choose to text them about it so if I wish to say I’m feeling by doing this you understand I believe it’s because of this or this they might say oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists inspect there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I think I don’t know what they call it they check that 2 times a day or a minimum of my therapist informed me that she examines hardest 2 times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
get about two reactions a day about like clearly if you’re probably having like a crisis and they have a minute they can most likely help you but it’s not like they’re simply waiting around for you to message since generally they do a lot of these people seem to have maybe not practices however they have a workplace that they work out of anyway so um it’s not very immediate in that regard like going over things it’s immediate that you can tell them your issues which you can get that off your chest however you may have to wait a little bit longer to talk about things and if you’re discussing things in treatment it’s gon na be you’re gon na say something and after that they’re gon na say oh it’s this how you resolve this they’re gon na type of talk about it like a regular discussion but with talk space you may state this and after that it might be five hours later and then they might say oh well this and then it’s kind of it takes a lot longer to talk just like if you’re making strategies with your good friends you know what I indicate like you can call someone and you can state hi let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you understand finished with your conversation at 5 minutes whereas it may take like a half an hour to text that backward and forward so that’s just something excellent to think of you understand something that did bother me a little bit at first yeah the one advantage to it seems to be a good bit more affordable than entering to speak to someone it’s about $200 a month around there I could put the real price like here somebody it has to do with that cost a month to have the live sessions and the texting and that includes for that plan it is for half an hour live sessions monthly so weekly you’ll get a half an hour live session so I suggest it is less time that you’re probably talking truly due to the fact that like I stated it’s only half an hour and if you go to treatment you’re probably going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and but you get more support I would say so that’s kind of good the app itself the interface is very easy to use I like it I don’t have actually any grievances about it other than possibly like you can’t see if they read it however like I guess that does not matter because like they’re gon na respond when they see it anyhow so I do not know that was simply something I thought about but that’s.

not very crucial but overall I simulate the interface and personally my experience with my counselor has been very good so far um I suggest it is I would say another con in my viewpoint would be that it might be difficult opening to these people just because you’re not there in person and you’re not in person quite as much as you would be with typical typical treatment so I think that it could be harder for individuals to open to their therapists if you have difficulty opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did intend to have a bit of problem opening up so it’s been something that I have actually been thinking about however I’m not sure how much that really is simply me having a problem opening up to people or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got weird and I actually can’t make a video without everything failing simultaneously however back here so I simply wanted to give some like last thoughts I guess I do not desire this to be too long of a video I kind of wanted to give a brief summary and then like if you want me to go more in depth about it I kind of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I believe it’s a great service I believe it does what it states it’s expected to do I think it’s a little bit tough if you have some problems that are look I think it’s really good for like stress type of stuff and I haven’t been having a lot of like that example like I have like been just having a great deal of like think you’re not little but like smaller sized things than like my general anxiety and like what activates me and everything and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I indicate I think I should’ve stated that earlier but I do have actually anxiety like generalized anxiety and after that I don’t I’m not like identified or anything with depression um but I do definitely like depressive ideas and like I truly like to say that I have anxiety but like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I haven’t utilized that for that long so I don’t understand it’s summer season here so essentially I think it’s truly excellent if you you understand can’t make it to appointments if you have a really busy job or something like that I think also another truly excellent actually excellent candidate to utilize talk area would be somebody who’s taking a trip a lot so or maybe you’re traveling overseas or if you simply if you travel in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be a terrific thing well I continue to use it yes I will just because I haven’t.
