get about two responses a day about like obviously if you’re probably having like a crisis and they have a moment they can most likely help you but it’s not like they’re simply waiting around for you to message because generally they do a lot of these people seem to have possibly not practices but they have an office that they work out of anyway so um it’s not really instantaneous in that regard like talking about things it’s instant that you can tell them your issues and that you can get that off your chest but you may have to wait a bit longer to talk about things and if you’re talking about things in therapy it’s gon na be you’re gon na state something and then they’re gon na say oh it’s this how you address this they’re gon na type of speak about it like a normal conversation however with talk area you might say this and then it might be 5 hours later and then they might state oh well this and then it’s type of it takes a lot longer to talk much like if you’re making strategies with your pals you understand what I indicate like you can call somebody and you can say hey let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you know done with your discussion at 5 minutes whereas it might take like a half an hour to text that backward and forward so that’s just something excellent to think of you know something that did bother me a little bit initially yeah the one good thing to it appears to be a great bit cheaper than going in to talk with somebody it has to do with $200 a month around there I could put the real cost like here someone it’s about that rate a month to have the live sessions and the texting and that includes for that plan it is for half an hour live sessions per month so every week you’ll get a half an hour live session so I mean it is less time that you’re most likely talking truly because like I stated it’s only half an hour and if you go to therapy you’re probably going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and but you get more assistance I would say so that’s sort of good the app itself the interface is very easy to use I like it I don’t have actually any complaints about it besides perhaps like you can’t see if they read it but like I guess that does not matter due to the fact that like they’re gon na respond when they see it anyway so I do not understand that was just something I thought about but that’s.

not very important but general I simulate the interface and personally my experience with my therapist has been very good so far um I mean it is I would state another con in my viewpoint would be that it might be tough opening up to these individuals even if you’re not there in person and you’re not in person quite as much as you would be with normal typical treatment so I believe that it could be harder for people to open to their therapists if you have trouble opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did mean to have a bit of difficulty opening so it’s been something that I’ve been considering however I’m not sure how much that in fact is simply me having a problem opening to individuals or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got weird and I actually can’t make a video without everything going wrong at once however back here so I simply wanted to provide some like last ideas I think I don’t desire this to be too long of a video I sort of wanted to provide a short summary and after that like if you want me to go more in depth about it I kind of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I think it’s a good service I think it does what it says it’s supposed to do I think it’s a bit tough if you have some problems that are look I believe it’s really good for like tension kind of things and I haven’t been having a great deal of like that kind of thing like I have like been just having a great deal of like believe you’re not little however like smaller things than like my basic stress and anxiety and like what triggers me and everything and like depressive ideas so um yeah I indicate I guess I should’ve stated that earlier however I do have actually anxiety like generalized anxiety and after that I don’t I’m not like detected or anything with depression um however I do absolutely like depressive thoughts and like I truly like to say that I have anxiety but like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I have not used that for that long so I don’t know it’s summer here so basically I believe it’s truly great if you you know can’t make it to consultations if you have an actually hectic job or something like that I think also another really excellent actually fantastic prospect to use talk space would be somebody who’s taking a trip a lot so or possibly you’re traveling overseas or if you just if you take a trip in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be an excellent thing well I continue to use it yes I will even if I haven’t.
