not extremely crucial but total I simulate the interface and personally my experience with my counselor has been very good up until now um I mean it is I would state another con in my opinion would be that it might be hard opening to these people even if you’re not there in person and you’re not in person rather as much as you would be with regular normal treatment so I believe that it could be harder for individuals to open up to their therapists if you have difficulty opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did plan to have a bit of trouble opening so it’s been something that I have actually been considering but I’m not exactly sure just how much that really is simply me having an issue opening up to people or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got strange and I literally can’t make a video without everything going wrong simultaneously but back here so I simply wanted to offer some like final thoughts I think I don’t desire this to be too long of a video I kind of wanted to give a brief overview and then like if you desire me to go more in depth about it I sort of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I believe it’s a great service I think it does what it states it’s expected to do I think it’s a bit tough if you have some concerns that are look I believe it’s actually helpful for like tension kind of things and I haven’t been having a lot of like that example like I have actually like been simply having a lot of like think you’re not small but like smaller sized things than like my basic stress and anxiety and like what triggers me and everything and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I indicate I think I need to’ve said that earlier but I do have actually anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and after that I do not I’m not like detected or anything with depression um but I do definitely like depressive thoughts and like I actually like to state that I have depression but like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I have not used that for that long so I do not know it’s summer here so essentially I think it’s actually good if you you know can’t make it to visits if you have an actually hectic job or something like that I believe likewise another actually great really terrific prospect to use talk area would be someone who’s traveling a lot so or possibly you’re traveling overseas or if you just if you travel in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be a fantastic thing well I continue to use it yes I will even if I haven’t.
