texting is it’s just that you can text them kind of whenever you have ideas whenever you have ideas whenever you’re thinking of things you want to you can talk about it with your therapist kind of immediately and after that I believe a good part about that is if you have a thought type of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be talking to your therapist that day and even if you are if you simply wish to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be actually practical for people with anxiety or with depression with journalism of ideas it type of gives you a quick outlet for those things and possibly they don’t build up in in your mind as much as they may if you have to wait you know a week to tell your therapist about something so I believe that’s truly cool I really like it for that I would say that’s a big pro um I would say a con related to that same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to talk about if you select to text them about it so if I want to state I’m feeling in this manner you know I think it’s because of this or this they might say oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists inspect there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I don’t understand what they call it they examine that two times a day or at least my therapist told me that she inspects hardest two times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
