texting is it’s just that you can text them sort of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have concepts whenever you’re thinking about things you wish to you can talk about it with your therapist kind of immediately and then I think a great part about that is if you have a thought type of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be speaking to your therapist that day or perhaps if you are if you simply wish to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be really practical for people with stress and anxiety or with depression with journalism of ideas it type of provides you a quick outlet for those things and maybe they don’t build up in in your mind as much as they might if you have to wait you understand a week to tell your therapist about something so I believe that’s actually cool I really like it for that I would say that’s a big professional um I would state a con related to that exact same thing is that things just take a lot longer to speak about if you select to text them about it so if I want to state I’m feeling this way you know I believe it’s because of this or this they might say oh well do you consider this this this whatever however that’s gon na be a bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists inspect there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I don’t know what they call it they check that 2 times a day or at least my therapist informed me that she examines hardest two times a day so because regard you’re gon na.
