texting is it’s simply that you can text them sort of whenever you have ideas whenever you have concepts whenever you’re thinking of things you wish to you can discuss it with your therapist kind of immediately and then I believe a nice part about that is if you have a thought type of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be speaking with your therapist that day or even if you are if you just wish to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be really helpful for individuals with anxiety or with depression with journalism of thoughts it type of gives you a fast outlet for those things and possibly they do not build up in in your mind as much as they may if you need to wait you understand a week to tell your therapist about something so I think that’s actually cool I truly like it for that I would state that’s a big professional um I would say a con related to that same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to talk about if you choose to text them about it so if I want to say I’m feeling by doing this you know I think it’s because of this or this they might state oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists inspect there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I think I don’t understand what they call it they check that 2 times a day or at least my therapist informed me that she checks hardest two times a day so because regard you’re gon na.
get about 2 reactions a day about like undoubtedly if you’re probably having like a crisis and they have a moment they can probably assist you but it’s not like they’re just waiting around for you to message because essentially they do a lot of these people appear to have maybe not practices but they have a workplace that they work out of anyway so um it’s not extremely rapid because regard like talking about things it’s immediate that you can tell them your issues and that you can get that off your chest however you may have to wait a little bit longer to discuss things and if you’re talking about things in treatment it’s gon na be you’re gon na state something and then they’re gon na say oh it’s this how you address this they’re gon na type of discuss it like a normal conversation however with talk space you might state this and then it might be 5 hours later on and after that they may state oh well this and then it’s sort of it takes a lot longer to talk much like if you’re making strategies with your buddies you understand what I mean like you can call somebody and you can say hey let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you know made with your conversation at five minutes whereas it might take like a half an hour to text that backward and forward so that’s just something great to consider you know something that did bother me a bit in the beginning yeah the one good idea to it appears to be a great bit less expensive than going in to speak with someone it’s about $200 a month around there I could put the actual rate like here someone it’s about that rate a month to have the live sessions and the texting and that includes for that bundle it is for half an hour live sessions each month so weekly you’ll get a half an hour live session so I mean it is less time that you’re probably talking truly since like I said it’s only half an hour and if you go to therapy you’re probably going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and however you get more assistance I would say so that’s type of good the app itself the user interface is extremely easy to use I like it I do not have actually any grievances about it besides perhaps like you can’t see if they read it but like I think that does not matter since like they’re gon na respond when they see it anyhow so I don’t understand that was just something I thought of but that’s.

not very crucial however total I simulate the interface and personally my experience with my therapist has been very good so far um I mean it is I would say another con in my opinion would be that it might be tough opening up to these individuals just because you’re not there face to face and you’re not face to face rather as much as you would be with typical typical treatment so I think that it could be harder for individuals to open to their therapists if you have trouble opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did intend to have a little bit of problem opening so it’s been something that I’ve been thinking about however I’m not exactly sure how much that actually is just me having an issue opening up to individuals or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got strange and I actually can’t make a video without everything going wrong at once but back here so I just wanted to give some like last ideas I think I don’t want this to be too long of a video I kind of wanted to provide a short overview and after that like if you desire me to go more in depth about it I sort of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I think it’s a great service I think it does what it says it’s supposed to do I think it’s a little bit tough if you have some issues that are appearance I think it’s really helpful for like stress type of things and I have not been having a great deal of like that kind of thing like I have like been simply having a great deal of like believe you’re not small but like smaller sized things than like my general stress and anxiety and like what activates me and whatever and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I indicate I think I should’ve said that earlier however I do have actually stress and anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and after that I don’t I’m not like identified or anything with depression um but I do certainly like depressive ideas and like I truly like to say that I have depression but like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I haven’t utilized that for that long so I do not understand it’s summer season here so essentially I believe it’s truly good if you you understand can’t make it to visits if you have a truly hectic task or something like that I believe also another truly excellent actually fantastic candidate to use talk space would be someone who’s traveling a lot so or maybe you’re traveling overseas or if you simply if you take a trip in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be a terrific thing well I continue to use it yes I will just because I haven’t.
