not extremely essential however general I simulate the user interface and personally my experience with my therapist has been very good so far um I suggest it is I would state another con in my opinion would be that it might be hard opening up to these people just because you’re not there face to face and you’re not face to face rather as much as you would be with normal regular therapy so I think that it could be harder for people to open up to their therapists if you have trouble opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did mean to have a bit of problem opening so it’s been something that I have actually been thinking of but I’m not sure how much that in fact is just me having a problem opening up to individuals or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got weird and I literally can’t make a video without everything going wrong simultaneously but back here so I simply wanted to provide some like last ideas I guess I don’t want this to be too long of a video I kind of wanted to give a short summary and then like if you desire me to go more in depth about it I kind of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I believe it’s a great service I think it does what it says it’s expected to do I believe it’s a little bit hard if you have some issues that are appearance I believe it’s truly helpful for like tension type of things and I haven’t been having a great deal of like that kind of thing like I have like been simply having a lot of like believe you’re not small but like smaller sized things than like my general anxiety and like what activates me and everything and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I mean I guess I must’ve stated that earlier but I do have stress and anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and after that I do not I’m not like diagnosed or anything with depression um however I do absolutely like depressive ideas and like I really like to say that I have depression however like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I haven’t utilized that for that long so I do not know it’s summer season here so basically I think it’s really great if you you understand can’t make it to appointments if you have a truly busy job or something like that I think likewise another truly excellent actually excellent prospect to utilize talk area would be somebody who’s taking a trip a lot so or possibly you’re traveling overseas or if you simply if you travel in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be a terrific thing well I continue to utilize it yes I will even if I haven’t.
