texting is it’s simply that you can text them type of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have ideas whenever you’re considering things you want to you can speak about it with your therapist type of immediately and after that I think a good part about that is if you have a thought kind of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be speaking with your therapist that day or even if you are if you just wish to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be truly helpful for individuals with stress and anxiety or with depression with the press of thoughts it type of gives you a quick outlet for those things and maybe they don’t develop in in your mind as much as they may if you need to wait you understand a week to tell your therapist about something so I think that’s truly cool I really like it for that I would state that’s a huge pro um I would say a con related to that very same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to talk about if you pick to text them about it so if I wish to state I’m feeling this way you know I believe it’s because of this or this they may say oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a bit longer um something to note is that the therapists check there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I don’t know what they call it they check that 2 times a day or a minimum of my therapist informed me that she examines hardest two times a day so because regard you’re gon na.

not very essential however overall I do like the user interface and personally my experience with my counselor has been very good up until now um I suggest it is I would state another con in my opinion would be that it might be tough opening to these people even if you’re not there face to face and you’re not face to face quite as much as you would be with typical regular therapy so I believe that it could be harder for people to open to their therapists if you have difficulty opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did mean to have a little bit of trouble opening up so it’s been something that I have actually been considering however I’m not exactly sure how much that in fact is just me having an issue opening up to individuals or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got odd and I actually can’t make a video without whatever going wrong at the same time but back here so I just wanted to offer some like last thoughts I guess I don’t want this to be too long of a video I sort of wished to give a short overview and after that like if you want me to go more in depth about it I sort of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I believe it’s a good service I think it does what it states it’s expected to do I think it’s a little bit tough if you have some problems that are appearance I believe it’s really great for like tension type of stuff and I haven’t been having a great deal of like that kind of thing like I have like been just having a great deal of like think you’re not small but like smaller things than like my general anxiety and like what triggers me and everything and like depressive ideas so um yeah I indicate I guess I should’ve said that earlier however I do have stress and anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and after that I don’t I’m not like detected or anything with depression um but I do certainly like depressive thoughts and like I actually like to say that I have depression however like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I haven’t utilized that for that long so I do not understand it’s summer season here so essentially I think it’s truly good if you you know can’t make it to visits if you have a really hectic job or something like that I think also another actually terrific really excellent prospect to use talk space would be somebody who’s traveling a lot so or perhaps you’re traveling overseas or if you simply if you travel in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be a fantastic thing well I continue to utilize it yes I will even if I haven’t. concerns due to the fact that they resemble things of your mind and they’re things that are like stressing you or things that are making nervous or depressed but I tend to find that it’s a little bit much better for simply more I’m really nervous about starting a brand-new job I am really nervous about you understand finishing going to school you know stuff like that that’s not actually like existential things um but like I said if you are experiencing more simply you’re going through some stuff then I think it would be fantastic um it also depends upon like how comfortable you are like talking to a phone like I understand that that sounds odd but like do you video chat with your friends do you you understand what I mean since if you do not then I seem like it’s gon na be really strange like you holding up a phone or like speaking to your laptop because it’s gon na resemble this unusual like artificial thing however like if you’re used to that then it’s kind of like alright whatever like this is typical that’s something I observed I do talk on facetiming a bit so I feel like I’m type of utilized to it but I felt like when I was doing it this would be weird if I didn’t um so yeah like I said I would definitely advise it to any person who takes a trip like full-time since that would be incredible like then you could really have therapy if that’s not something that is an option to you.
