texting is it’s just that you can text them kind of whenever you have ideas whenever you have ideas whenever you’re thinking about things you wish to you can speak about it with your therapist kind of instantaneously and then I believe a good part about that is if you have an idea kind of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be talking to your therapist that day and even if you are if you simply wish to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be truly helpful for people with stress and anxiety or with depression with journalism of ideas it kind of offers you a quick outlet for those things and possibly they don’t develop in in your mind as much as they may if you need to wait you know a week to tell your therapist about something so I believe that’s actually cool I actually like it for that I would state that’s a huge professional um I would say a con related to that exact same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to speak about if you choose to text them about it so if I wish to say I’m feeling in this manner you understand I believe it’s because of this or this they might state oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists examine there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I don’t know what they call it they check that two times a day or at least my therapist informed me that she checks hardest 2 times a day so because regard you’re gon na.
