texting is it’s just that you can text them type of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have concepts whenever you’re considering things you wish to you can speak about it with your therapist type of instantly and then I think a nice part about that is if you have an idea type of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be speaking to your therapist that day or even if you are if you simply want to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be truly valuable for individuals with anxiety or with depression with the press of thoughts it kind of provides you a quick outlet for those things and possibly they don’t build up in in your mind as much as they might if you need to wait you know a week to tell your therapist about something so I believe that’s really cool I truly like it for that I would state that’s a huge professional um I would say a con related to that same thing is that things just take a lot longer to talk about if you pick to text them about it so if I wish to say I’m feeling by doing this you understand I think it’s because of this or this they might state oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a little bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists examine there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I think I don’t understand what they call it they inspect that 2 times a day or a minimum of my therapist informed me that she checks hardest 2 times a day so because regard you’re gon na.
get about 2 responses a day about like undoubtedly if you’re most likely having like a crisis and they have a moment they can probably help you but it’s not like they’re simply waiting around for you to message since generally they do a great deal of these people seem to have perhaps not practices but they have a workplace that they work out of anyhow so um it’s not very instantaneous because regard like discussing things it’s immediate that you can tell them your problems and that you can get that off your chest however you may need to wait a little bit longer to talk about things and if you’re discussing things in therapy it’s gon na be you’re gon na say something and then they’re gon na state oh it’s this how you resolve this they’re gon na kind of speak about it like a typical discussion but with talk area you might say this and then it might be 5 hours later and then they may state oh well this and after that it’s kind of it takes a lot longer to talk much like if you’re making plans with your good friends you know what I mean like you can call someone and you can state hi let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you understand made with your discussion at 5 minutes whereas it might take like a half an hour to text that back and forth so that’s just something good to think about you know something that did trouble me a little bit at first yeah the one advantage to it seems to be an excellent bit less expensive than entering to talk with someone it’s about $200 a month around there I might put the real price like here someone it’s about that rate a month to have the live sessions and the texting and that includes for that plan it is for half an hour live sessions monthly so every week you’ll get a half an hour live session so I imply it is less time that you’re probably talking actually because like I said it’s only half an hour and if you go to therapy you’re probably going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and however you get more assistance I would say so that’s sort of good the app itself the interface is really easy to use I like it I do not have actually any complaints about it other than perhaps like you can’t see if they read it but like I guess that does not matter because like they’re gon na react when they see it anyway so I don’t understand that was simply something I considered however that’s.
