texting is it’s just that you can text them sort of whenever you have ideas whenever you have ideas whenever you’re thinking of things you wish to you can discuss it with your therapist kind of instantly and after that I believe a nice part about that is if you have an idea sort of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be speaking to your therapist that day or even if you are if you just want to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be really handy for people with anxiety or with depression with journalism of ideas it sort of gives you a quick outlet for those things and maybe they don’t develop in in your mind as much as they may if you have to wait you know a week to tell your therapist about something so I believe that’s really cool I truly like it for that I would state that’s a big professional um I would state a con related to that same thing is that things just take a lot longer to talk about if you select to text them about it so if I want to say I’m feeling this way you know I think it’s because of this or this they might say oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a little bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists inspect there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I don’t understand what they call it they inspect that two times a day or at least my therapist told me that she checks hardest 2 times a day so because regard you’re gon na.
get about 2 actions a day about like clearly if you’re probably having like a crisis and they have a moment they can most likely assist you but it’s not like they’re simply waiting around for you to message since essentially they do a great deal of these people appear to have maybe not practices but they have an office that they work out of anyway so um it’s not very immediate because regard like talking about things it’s instant that you can tell them your problems which you can get that off your chest but you may need to wait a bit longer to discuss things and if you’re discussing things in treatment it’s gon na be you’re gon na state something and after that they’re gon na state oh it’s this how you resolve this they’re gon na type of speak about it like a regular discussion however with talk space you may state this and after that it might be five hours later and after that they may state oh well this and after that it’s type of it takes a lot longer to talk much like if you’re making plans with your buddies you know what I mean like you can call someone and you can say hi let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you understand done with your conversation at 5 minutes whereas it may take like a half an hour to text that back and forth so that’s just something great to think of you understand something that did bother me a bit at first yeah the one good thing to it appears to be a great bit more affordable than entering to speak with somebody it’s about $200 a month around there I could put the actual price like here somebody it’s about that rate a month to have the live sessions and the texting which consists of for that plan it is for half an hour live sessions per month so each week you’ll get a half an hour live session so I suggest it is less time that you’re most likely talking actually due to the fact that like I said it’s only half an hour and if you go to therapy you’re probably going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and however you get more assistance I would say so that’s kind of great the app itself the user interface is extremely easy to use I like it I do not have really any grievances about it aside from perhaps like you can’t see if they read it however like I guess that doesn’t matter because like they’re gon na respond when they see it anyhow so I do not understand that was just something I thought about however that’s.

not extremely crucial but general I do like the user interface and personally my experience with my therapist has actually been great up until now um I suggest it is I would say another con in my opinion would be that it might be hard opening to these individuals just because you’re not there in person and you’re not face to face rather as much as you would be with regular normal treatment so I believe that it could be harder for people to open to their therapists if you have trouble opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did intend to have a little bit of difficulty opening up so it’s been something that I have actually been considering but I’m not exactly sure just how much that really is simply me having an issue opening up to individuals or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got unusual and I literally can’t make a video without whatever going wrong simultaneously however back here so I simply wanted to give some like final ideas I guess I do not desire this to be too long of a video I type of wished to offer a quick overview and then like if you desire me to go more in depth about it I kind of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I believe it’s a great service I believe it does what it says it’s expected to do I think it’s a bit difficult if you have some problems that are appearance I think it’s truly great for like tension kind of things and I haven’t been having a lot of like that kind of thing like I have like been simply having a great deal of like believe you’re not small but like smaller sized things than like my basic stress and anxiety and like what activates me and whatever and like depressive ideas so um yeah I suggest I guess I ought to’ve said that earlier however I do have stress and anxiety like generalized anxiety and after that I don’t I’m not like detected or anything with anxiety um however I do certainly like depressive thoughts and like I truly like to say that I have anxiety but like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I have not utilized that for that long so I do not know it’s summertime here so generally I think it’s actually excellent if you you know can’t make it to visits if you have a truly busy job or something like that I think also another really fantastic really great prospect to use talk area would be someone who’s taking a trip a lot so or perhaps you’re traveling overseas or if you simply if you take a trip in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be a fantastic thing well I continue to utilize it yes I will just because I haven’t.
