texting is it’s simply that you can text them sort of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have ideas whenever you’re considering things you want to you can talk about it with your therapist sort of instantly and then I believe a nice part about that is if you have a thought kind of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be speaking with your therapist that day and even if you are if you simply want to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be really valuable for people with stress and anxiety or with depression with journalism of thoughts it kind of offers you a quick outlet for those things and maybe they don’t develop in in your mind as much as they may if you need to wait you understand a week to tell your therapist about something so I believe that’s truly cool I actually like it for that I would say that’s a big professional um I would state a con related to that very same thing is that things just take a lot longer to talk about if you select to text them about it so if I wish to state I’m feeling this way you know I believe it’s because of this or this they might state oh well do you consider this this this whatever however that’s gon na be a little bit longer um something to note is that the therapists check there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I think I do not understand what they call it they examine that 2 times a day or at least my therapist told me that she inspects hardest two times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
get about 2 responses a day about like clearly if you’re probably having like a crisis and they have a moment they can probably help you but it’s not like they’re just waiting around for you to message because essentially they do a lot of these people seem to have maybe not practices but they have an office that they work out of anyhow so um it’s not really instant in that regard like going over things it’s instant that you can tell them your problems which you can get that off your chest however you may have to wait a little bit longer to go over things and if you’re speaking about things in treatment it’s gon na be you’re gon na state something and after that they’re gon na state oh it’s this how you address this they’re gon na sort of talk about it like a typical discussion but with talk space you might say this and then it might be 5 hours later and after that they may say oh well this and then it’s sort of it takes a lot longer to talk just like if you’re making strategies with your buddies you understand what I mean like you can call someone and you can state hey let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you know made with your discussion at 5 minutes whereas it may take like a half an hour to text that backward and forward so that’s just something good to think of you know something that did trouble me a bit at first yeah the one advantage to it appears to be a great bit more affordable than entering to speak with someone it has to do with $200 a month around there I might put the real price like here somebody it has to do with that price a month to have the live sessions and the texting and that consists of for that bundle it is for half an hour live sessions each month so weekly you’ll get a half an hour live session so I mean it is less time that you’re most likely talking actually since like I stated it’s just half an hour and if you go to therapy you’re most likely going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and however you get more assistance I would say so that’s type of great the app itself the interface is very easy to use I like it I do not have really any grievances about it besides maybe like you can’t see if they read it but like I think that does not matter because like they’re gon na react when they see it anyhow so I don’t understand that was simply something I thought about but that’s.

not very crucial but total I simulate the interface and personally my experience with my counselor has been great so far um I suggest it is I would say another con in my viewpoint would be that it might be hard opening up to these people just because you’re not there personally and you’re not in person rather as much as you would be with regular regular treatment so I think that it could be harder for individuals to open up to their therapists if you have difficulty opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did mean to have a bit of trouble opening up so it’s been something that I’ve been considering but I’m not sure just how much that in fact is simply me having an issue opening to individuals or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got weird and I literally can’t make a video without whatever failing at once but back here so I simply wanted to give some like last ideas I guess I don’t desire this to be too long of a video I kind of wished to offer a brief introduction and after that like if you want me to go more in depth about it I sort of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I believe it’s a great service I think it does what it says it’s expected to do I believe it’s a little bit difficult if you have some concerns that are look I think it’s truly great for like tension type of things and I haven’t been having a lot of like that example like I have like been just having a lot of like think you’re not small but like smaller sized things than like my basic stress and anxiety and like what triggers me and everything and like depressive ideas so um yeah I mean I think I need to’ve stated that earlier however I do have actually stress and anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and then I don’t I’m not like identified or anything with depression um however I do certainly like depressive thoughts and like I truly like to say that I have anxiety but like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I haven’t utilized that for that long so I don’t understand it’s summer here so generally I believe it’s really great if you you know can’t make it to appointments if you have a really hectic job or something like that I believe also another actually terrific really great candidate to use talk space would be someone who’s taking a trip a lot so or possibly you’re traveling overseas or if you just if you travel in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be a terrific thing well I continue to utilize it yes I will just because I have not.
