not really crucial but total I do like the interface and personally my experience with my therapist has been very good so far um I indicate it is I would say another con in my opinion would be that it might be tough opening to these individuals even if you’re not there face to face and you’re not in person rather as much as you would be with typical typical therapy so I think that it could be harder for individuals to open up to their therapists if you have problem opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did plan to have a little bit of difficulty opening up so it’s been something that I’ve been thinking about however I’m uncertain just how much that actually is just me having a problem opening up to people or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got unusual and I literally can’t make a video without whatever going wrong at the same time but back here so I just wished to give some like last ideas I think I do not want this to be too long of a video I sort of wished to provide a brief introduction and then like if you want me to go more in depth about it I sort of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I think it’s a great service I believe it does what it states it’s expected to do I believe it’s a bit hard if you have some concerns that are appearance I believe it’s really great for like stress kind of stuff and I have not been having a great deal of like that kind of thing like I have like been just having a great deal of like think you’re not small however like smaller sized things than like my basic anxiety and like what triggers me and whatever and like depressive ideas so um yeah I mean I think I must’ve said that earlier however I do have stress and anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and then I don’t I’m not like identified or anything with anxiety um but I do definitely like depressive ideas and like I truly like to state that I have depression but like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I have not used that for that long so I don’t know it’s summer season here so basically I think it’s actually great if you you know can’t make it to consultations if you have a truly hectic job or something like that I believe also another actually terrific really terrific candidate to use talk area would be someone who’s taking a trip a lot so or possibly you’re traveling overseas or if you just if you travel in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be a terrific thing well I continue to use it yes I will even if I haven’t.
