not very important but overall I do like the user interface and personally my experience with my counselor has actually been great up until now um I mean it is I would say another con in my viewpoint would be that it might be tough opening up to these individuals just because you’re not there face to face and you’re not face to face quite as much as you would be with typical normal treatment so I believe that it could be harder for individuals to open to their therapists if you have trouble opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did mean to have a little bit of problem opening up so it’s been something that I have actually been considering but I’m not exactly sure how much that in fact is just me having an issue opening to individuals or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got strange and I literally can’t make a video without everything failing at the same time but back here so I just wanted to give some like last ideas I guess I do not want this to be too long of a video I kind of wanted to offer a quick overview and after that like if you want me to go more in depth about it I type of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I believe it’s a good service I believe it does what it states it’s expected to do I think it’s a bit tough if you have some problems that are appearance I think it’s really great for like tension type of stuff and I haven’t been having a lot of like that kind of thing like I have like been simply having a lot of like believe you’re not small but like smaller things than like my general stress and anxiety and like what activates me and whatever and like depressive ideas so um yeah I suggest I guess I ought to’ve said that earlier but I do have actually stress and anxiety like generalized anxiety and then I don’t I’m not like detected or anything with anxiety um but I do absolutely like depressive ideas and like I actually like to state that I have anxiety but like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I have not used that for that long so I don’t understand it’s summer season here so essentially I think it’s truly excellent if you you understand can’t make it to visits if you have an actually hectic task or something like that I think also another actually fantastic really fantastic prospect to use talk space would be somebody who’s taking a trip a lot so or possibly you’re traveling overseas or if you simply if you take a trip in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be an excellent thing well I continue to use it yes I will just because I have not.
