texting is it’s simply that you can text them sort of whenever you have ideas whenever you have concepts whenever you’re considering things you wish to you can speak about it with your therapist type of immediately and then I believe a good part about that is if you have an idea type of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be talking to your therapist that day or perhaps if you are if you just want to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be really practical for people with anxiety or with anxiety with the press of thoughts it type of provides you a quick outlet for those things and possibly they do not develop in in your mind as much as they may if you have to wait you know a week to tell your therapist about something so I think that’s really cool I really like it for that I would say that’s a big pro um I would say a con related to that same thing is that things just take a lot longer to talk about if you select to text them about it so if I want to say I’m feeling this way you understand I think it’s because of this or this they might say oh well do you consider this this this whatever however that’s gon na be a bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists check there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I do not understand what they call it they inspect that two times a day or a minimum of my therapist told me that she examines hardest two times a day so because regard you’re gon na.
